As well as editing the newsletter, Dr Lovering coordinates the gene ontology group based at UCL.
The gene ontology group aims to provide a resource describing the biological activities and subcellular locations of all proteins in the human proteome to aid a broad range of researchers including chemists, clinicians, bioinformaticians and wetlab biologists.
