UCLH research open day - 23 June

Come along to the UCLH research open day and find out how research is changing patient care.

On Tuesday 23 June UCLH will be opening its doors to the public with 40 fun and interactive stalls. Why not come and hear how the spit of a giant lizard could help diabetes patients? Or how exercise can be optimised to help people with cancer and osteoarthritis? Or how your genes could help future research studies?

You can learn more about the latest research in conditions such as cancer, heart disease and dementia. There will be opportunities to:

  • meet researchers and talk to them about their work
  • have some fun on our interactive stalls
  • enter our prize draw for a chance to win an iPad mini.

This is a free event and registration is not required. Just drop in between 2 and 5.30pm on Tuesday 23 June.

All the activities are in the main atrium and corridors of University College Hospital.

To hear about what visitors had to say about our research open day last year watch our film.
