Adoracion is the Deputy Lead Nurse of the NIHR UCLH CRF at 170 Tottenham Court Road. She leads a team of Research Nurses dedicated in delivering cancer (haematology and oncology), medicine and vaccine Trials. She works collaboratively with the Principal Investigators, and Clinical Research Fellows, Clinical Trial Coordinators, Data Managers, Quality Assurance Team, Administrative Staff and Service Support Departments.
She is motivated and dedicated in maintaining very high standards of practice and continuously works to improve the quality of service offered at the CRF.
Adoracion worked for six years in an Oncology Ward at The Churchill Hospital in Oxford before moving to UCLH in 2008. Her clinical research journey started in the UCLH Cancer Clinical Trials Unit CCTU as Lead Research Nurse of the Cancer Gastrointestinal portfolio and in parallel, assumed a team Leader and management role. In November 2015, she joined the CRF as a Senior Research Nurse and in January 2021 was appointed to her current role.
