David Ramlakhan is a Data Discovery and Sharing Manager, principally involved with building and maintaining infrastructure to support the delivery of clinical datasets with the ultimate aim to facilitate clinical research activity. With over 30 years’ experience supporting IT in NHS organisations, David’s main areas of activity involve building and maintaining databases using clinical sources of data on a variety of database platforms (SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL). For managing ETL projects, David uses a range of tools, including Python, Perl and Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools.
