Senior Clinical Research Fellow acting as trials Investigator on over 50 neurodegenerative, neuromuscular and general internal medicine academic and commercially sponsored early and late phase clinical trials.
Intrathecal dose administration of Anti-Sense Oligonucleotide investigational drugs in degenerative diseases. Perform clinical safety procedures, lumbar puncture, and undertake drug efficacy assessment in early-stage clinical trials including cognitive assessments, movement disorder ratings scales and functional assessments including spirometry. Assessment of AEs, SAEs and SUSARs in line with available data and IB submissions.
UCL Honorary lecturer in Translational Neurosciences and course lead in Research Integrity and Governance module at Institute of Neurology.
