Taofeeq joined UCLH NIHR CRF in April 2022 as Senior Management Accountant and was promoted to the position of Finance Manager in September 2023. He maintains oversight of financial management to the CRF and ensure that financial and accounting requirements are met to accurate standards. His role includes financial management and accounting, including preparation and planning of financial reports and optimisation of budgets and resources to facilitate decision-making. Taofeeq also supports clinical trials costing and cost negotiation
Taofeeq is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and has wealth of experience in NHS finance. Prior to joining UCLH NIHR CRF, Taofeeq worked as Management Accountant for East London NHS Foundation Trust for several years working across various mental health inpatient and community mental health services in East London and environs. Taofeeq enjoys working in a team, collaborate effectively with colleagues fostering positive working relationships and contributing to team success.
