The BRC’s Obesity Theme invites applications led by early career researchers for seed funding proposals to support collaboration with the NIHR Healthy Weight Policy Research Unit (HWPRU).
The maximum award that will be funded is £10,000. The deadline for applications is 16th May 2025.
The call is for activities that address the aim of preventing and managing the impact of overweight and obesity on population health.
The call is designed to support tangible collaboration between two important NIHR-funded structures, support early career researchers (ECRs) by providing some early-stage funding, and generate meaningful patient and public involvement and engagement (PPIE).
