Earn career points by attending a public involvement workshop

This term’s programme of award-winning workshops on public and patient involvement (PPI) in research is now open for booking.

Postgraduate (Masters and PhD) researchers can earn career points for attending. UCL encourages postgraduate researchers to aim for 20 points a year, and each PPI workshop will be worth 1 point.

The PPI workshops, which are included in UCL’s Doctoral Skills Development Programme, are open to all UCLH/UCL researchers as well as all those working at UCLPartners partner organisations.

The workshops build up researchers’ skills in involving lay people in the research process, from setting research priorities to designing protocols. For more details go to our PPI training page.

Investigators can find out more about the workshops on our PPI training page.
