Clinicians to review latest developments in diagnostic services

Clinicians and researchers will be reviewing the latest developments in diagnostic services at the Health Services Laboratories’ 4th Annual Research and Innovation Symposium later this month.

A series of talks at the Wellcome Collection, which BRC Director Professor Bryan Williams helped put together, will illustrate the strong links between the BRC and various aspects of translational research related to emerging molecular diagnostic, rapid diagnostics, cancer and gene therapies, pathological diagnostics and future collaborations.

Professor Williams will speak in the afternoon session about ‘The Research Hospital for the Future’. The full programme is available to view online here.

The symposium is likely to be of interest to BRC-affiliated researchers. Entry to the event is free, but attendees need to preregister to secure a place by emailing events@hslpathology.com.

Health Service Laboratories is a progressive partnership between The Doctors Laboratory, Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust (the Royal Free London) and University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH).
