Patient and public involvement

For researchers

The Cardiometabolic Programme has a Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) panel. The panel, made up of lay people and patients, helps researchers by reviewing research proposals, study documents and grant applications. The panel can provide feedback electronically or meet with researachers over the lifespan of a study. If you are a researcher interested in accessing this service, contact Joseph Mirza joseph.mirza@ucl.ac.uk

For the public

We are always happy to connect the lay people with opportunities to input into research, both within the biomedical research centre and beyond.
